Our goal is simple — to serve food that gets people talking, smiling, and coming back for seconds. Each hog is slow-roasted to perfection over several hours until the meat is tender, juicy, and bursting with flavour, with that all-important crispy crackling that guests can’t resist. We prepare and carve everything fresh on-site, providing a full catering experience that’s as impressive to watch as it is to eat. Our standard hog roast package includes: • Perfectly roasted pork, carved fresh by our chef • Crispy crackling, sage & onion stuffing, soft white rolls and apple sauce • Disposable plates, napkins, and serving equipment • Up to two hours of professional service We also offer delicious sides such as coleslaw, potato salad, mixed leaf salad, and bean salad, all freshly prepared to complement your roast. Vegetarian and vegan options are available on request, ensuring every guest can enjoy the feast. Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy • Quotes are valid for 14 days. To secure a date, a non‑refundable £100 booking fee and written acceptance are required; this fee counts toward your final balance. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of service (pre‑service) by bank transfer or cash; late payments may incur interest. • Final guest numbers must be confirmed 7 days prior. Increases are subject to availability and may change the price; decreases after this point will be charged at the agreed headcount (minimum charge is the selected package). • Cancellation fees depend on notice: 60+ days – booking fee retained; 31–59 days – 50% of the total; 15–30 days – 75%; less than 15 days – 100%. One reschedule may be offered, subject to availability, with any supplier costs carried forward. • The quote/invoice outlines what’s included (e.g. roast pork, crackling, stuffing, rolls, sauces, disposables, chef and up to two hours of service). Extra time, if available, is £50 per half‑hour. • Please provide a flat 3×3 m area with safe access. Weather cover (marquee, gazebo) or extra lighting, plus any parking, toll or venue fees, are your responsibility. • We cook to safe temperatures and maintain hot‑holding until handover. Once food is on your buffet or handed over, you assume responsibility. Refrigerate leftovers within 90 minutes and consume within 24 hours; we accept no liability for food consumed after handover. Leftovers will be carved and left in your trays or our disposables. • Let us know of allergies or dietary needs at least 7 days in advance; while we take care, we cannot guarantee an allergen‑free environment. • You must secure any required venue permissions, ensure safe working conditions and supervise guests, especially children, around hot equipment. You are liable for loss or damage to our equipment caused by you, your guests or contractors. • We aren’t liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control (e.g. severe weather, accidents or utility failure). In such cases we will offer a good‑faith reschedule or refund for undelivered services minus unrecoverable costs. • We hold public liability insurance and follow UK food‑hygiene regulations. Your data is used only for booking, invoicing and follow‑up in line with UK data protection law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and can only be varied in writing.
