Service Description
Planning a wedding, party, corporate event, school or community celebration? Use this request to tell me your preferred date, service time and venue, then choose the closest package and any extras. This is an enquiry and booking request, not a confirmed reservation, and no payment is taken at this stage. I’ll personally check availability, travel, guest numbers, access and dietary requirements before sending you a clear written quote. Your date is secured only after you accept the quote and the £100 non-refundable booking fee has been received. Full-service packages include slow-roasted British pork, crispy crackling, sage and onion stuffing, soft white rolls, Bramley apple sauce and condiments, plus disposable plates, napkins and wooden cutlery. Set-up, chef-led carving and service, and clear-down are included. The pork is slow-roasted over several hours so it is ready for your chosen service time, then carved and served fresh at your event. You can add salads, vegetarian or vegan portions, desserts and upgraded dinnerware. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and other dietary requirements can be planned when confirmed in advance. We take care with dietary portions but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment; please provide final details at least seven days before your event. I’m based in Bracknell and regularly cater across Berkshire, Surrey, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and surrounding areas. A flat, safe area of around 3m × 3m, with suitable loading access and nearby parking where possible, is normally required. Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy • Quotes are valid for 14 days. To secure a date, a non‑refundable £100 booking fee and written acceptance are required; this fee counts toward your final balance. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of service (pre‑service) by bank transfer or cash; late payments may incur interest. • Final guest numbers must be confirmed 7 days prior. Increases are subject to availability and may change the price; decreases after this point will be charged at the agreed headcount (minimum charge is the selected package). • Cancellation fees depend on notice: 60+ days – booking fee retained; 31–59 days – 50% of the total; 15–30 days – 75%; less than 15 days – 100%. One reschedule may be offered, subject to availability, with any supplier costs carried forward. • The quote/invoice outlines what’s included (e.g. roast pork, crackling, stuffing, rolls, sauces, disposables, chef and up to two hours of service). Extra time, if available, is £50 per half‑hour. • Please provide a flat 3×3 m area with safe access. Weather cover (marquee, gazebo) or extra lighting, plus any parking, toll or venue fees, are your responsibility. • We cook to safe temperatures and maintain hot‑holding until handover. Once food is on your buffet or handed over, you assume responsibility. Refrigerate leftovers within 90 minutes and consume within 24 hours; we accept no liability for food consumed after handover. Leftovers will be carved and left in your trays or our disposables. • Let us know of allergies or dietary needs at least 7 days in advance; while we take care, we cannot guarantee an allergen‑free environment. • You must secure any required venue permissions, ensure safe working conditions and supervise guests, especially children, around hot equipment. You are liable for loss or damage to our equipment caused by you, your guests or contractors. • We aren’t liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control (e.g. severe weather, accidents or utility failure). In such cases we will offer a good‑faith reschedule or refund for undelivered services minus unrecoverable costs. • We hold public liability insurance and follow UK food‑hygiene regulations. Your data is used only for booking, invoicing and follow‑up in line with UK data protection law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and can only be varied in writing.
